Jim Davis founded RedZone Coaches Training in 2000 after a 20+ year career as an executive in the railroad industry. His mediation and conflict resolution skills led him to start RedZone. The in-service training was designed specifically for Coaches and how they can effectively deal with parents to diffuse volatile situations.
Over 200 districts across Texas and Oklahoma have utilized this training.
Mr. Davis obtained his Bachelor of Science from Southeastern Okla State University and his MBA from Purdue University. His two children both participated in high level athletic programs giving him first hand insight to the issues coaches face with parents. And he has utilized his mediation skills for years as a HS football Referee!
